Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Nightbloom Co pillow. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

This matches our 30-night sleep trial: if you're not sleeping better after 30 nights, you're covered under this policy.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at kenzieraye.savoy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours, and will follow up with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, see Section 5.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at kenzieraye.savoy@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours, and will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
