1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take 4–8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping may be slightly extended due to customs inspections, extreme weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method, unless a free shipping promotion is active at time of purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow [24–48 hours] for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of [YOUR COUNTRY], the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
6. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at kenzieraye.savoy@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Nightbloom Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at kenzieraye.savoy@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at kenzieraye.savoy@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date, along with photos if applicable, so we can resolve the issue.
